What to expect in a session?

The first session helps us establish if the therapist is the right fit for you. This is the opportunity for you to give them an overview of your story, your goals, and really what brings you to therapy. They will also go over some documents with you and some of our policies. Every session is confidential, your privacy and confidentiality are important to us. All information must be kept strictly confidential, sharing only with your consent or if required to do so by law. More information about your rights to confidentiality will be shared in your first session.
